Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    Teesside Aesthetics Ltd, trading as Teesside Fat Freezing, Yarm, TS15 9EU, UK.
  2. Eligibility
    Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. One entry per book purchase. Employees and immediate families ineligible.
  3. Entry Period
    Entries must be received between 31 January 2026 and 15 March 2026 (midnight GMT).
  4. How to Enter:
    • Purchase Tomson and the Afterlife: The Book of Evidence (ebook, paperback or hardback).
    • Answer the skill-based question: “What was the name of the kitten we adopted when Tomson was 4 years old?” (The correct answer is revealed only in the book.)
    • Submit your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and your answer by email to mandy@teessidefatfreezing.uk with “Tomson Competition Entry” in the subject line, or provide both in person at the clinic.
  5. Prize
    One winner will receive a voucher for a single free treatment up to the value of £240, or £240 off a more expensive treatment. The voucher must be used by 1 September 2026 (6 months from the draw date). No cash alternative, non-transferrable, no change given if you get a cheaper treatment. Subject to availability and the promoter’s standard treatment terms.
  6. Judging and Draw
    Entries will be verified for purchase and correct answer to the skill question. All qualifying entries will be entered into a random draw conducted by the promoter on 1 March 2026. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate will be drawn.
  7. General
    The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if circumstances arise outside their control. Entrants agree to the use of their name for publicity purposes if they win. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR. By entering this competition, entrants consent to their name, email address, and mobile phone number (if provided) being added to the Teesside Fat Freezing database on Fresha for purposes of administering the competition and future marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe or request deletion of their details at any time.
  8. Liability
    The promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed or invalid entries. The prize is accepted at the winner’s risk.
